At Trappin' Fabrics Manufacturing we value clear and consistent communication to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of your embroidery and screen printing projects. To maintain fairness to all clients and manage our production schedule effectively, we have implemented the following policy:
- Communication Expectation:

Once a project is initiated, timely responses and updates are essential to avoid delays. Customers are required to respond to inquiries, approvals, or other requests for communication within 3 business days.
- Missed Communication Window:

If a customer goes MIA (missing in action) or fails to communicate for more than 5 business days, the project will lose its current priority in the production queue.
- Restart Fee:
- To resume the project, a restart fee of $25.00 will be required.
- This fee helps discourage extended periods of no communication, ensures fairness to other clients, and compensates for the time and effort required to re-prioritize and re-organize your project in our schedule.
- Exceptions:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you anticipate being unavailable for a period of time, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a restart fee. We will make reasonable accommodations when prior notice is given.
