Q: Mens or Women's sizing?
A: all unisex sizing, 100% cotton or 50/50 cotton poly mix.
Q: Can you make a custom embroidered or printed item? For my small business/church/group?
A: Yes - Email us or shoot us a DM on instagram letting us know what you'd be interested in! (@qualityvibescanna or @trappinfabricsmanufacturing)
Q: What do you offer?
A: Custom Embroidery, Direct To Film Printing, & Direct To Film Transfers.
Q: Can we make last minute changes to our order?
A: Yes, ONLY if the order has not been started with the embroidery or printing process. Please relay all changes to us ASAP.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No refunds. Exchanges only when possible. If you experience an issue with your order please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right for you! Any problem will be handled quickly and made right to the best of our ability.
Q: What is the current order turn around time?
A: As of 6/2024 the current order turn around time for single item orders is 7-10 business days, for bulk items 2-3 weeks.

Current Shipping Information
Order turn around time is currently 7-14 business days.
Almost all of our items are made to order which is why there is a bit of a waiting period in how fast we can get the items mailed out.
ONCE AN ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES - IF YOU HAVE A DELIVERY ISSUE PLEASE CONTACT USPS.
